It is Recommended that:
a) Subcouncil 1 supports the proposed reallocation of R130 000 budget from Mechanical Cleaning Project to Maintenance of existing sidewalks at various locations in Ward 29.
b) Subcouncil 1 supports the proposed reallocation of R750 000 budget from Hardsurfacing of Wesfleur Library to the Park Buddies Project within Subcouncil 1
