Subcouncil 8

Resolution detail

 a.) That the presentation regarding the Second Draft Basic Assessment Report (DBAR) for Proposed Sewerage Line and Pump Station, Gordon’s Bay BE REFERRED to a Special Subcouncil Meeting in order for the official to present the item and give clarity if needed.
 
b.) That the Ward 100 Ward Committee members as well as l organisations for Ward 100 registered on the Community Organisations Database (COD) BE INVITED to attend the Special Subcouncil Meeting to receive the presentation.
 
c.) It was requested that where officials do not attend the meetings, it be reported to the Director:  Subcouncils:  Area East for escalation.
