It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 36 New Liquor application was received from Bootlegger – LLA22040017 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority on Thursday, 25 August 2022 and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA22040017, for the business Bootlegger, BE SUPPORTED, subject to COVID-19 regulation compliance.
