Resolution detail

RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy, Transport   Planning & Network Management Department notes that the;



a)    The Green Belt however do render Atholl Road as a potential candidate   site   for Traffic calming subject to the applicant/ Ward Councillor 
        presenting proven  evidence of a recent serious incident, or the potential of such happening, that could have been avoided by the
        implementation traffic calming.
 
b)    The motivation shall also be supported with the necessary budget for  the   design and implementation as per Policy Directive Section 7(4) (a
        and b)
