Resolution detail

It is recommended that:
 a.)The application received from Elizabeth Rossouw T/A The 80’s Pub Device for a Business Licence for Health and Entertainment: Electronic Device, to permit a maximum of five limited gambling machines: Erf 14017, 30 Michau street, Strand 7140, BE GRANTED subject to the following standards endorsement for this category of licence:
 

• This business licence must be displayed prominently in a conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible to patrons, the public and council officials at all times.
• This business license is not transferable from person or from business to business.
• The premises must comply at all times with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control  Act, Act 83 of 1993, and all times with the regulations made under the Act.
• The Director: City Health reserves the right to all for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary.
• The approval of this licences does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licences, conditions or statutory requirements.
• The premises must comply with the requirements of the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations, P.N. 200 of 2031, at all times.
• The premises must comply with all the fire and town planning requirements at all times.
• No Noise outbreak from the building to a public space or street.
