That:
(a) Subcouncil 8 SUPPORTED the proposed operational projects to be funded against the R 1,9m Subcouncil Operational Projects Budget for the 2022/23 financial year.
(b) Subcouncil 8 MANDATED the Subcouncil Manager to negotiate with the line department regarding the 99% expenditure of all allocated funding at the end of the financial year.
