Resolution detail

a)    In terms of Chapter 4, of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulation
       (MATR) R.878   promulgated on 22 August 2008:
 
 
   i)  Council resolve that a portion of Erf 1056-Re, Green Point
     situated at  Bill Peters    Drive, Green Point, measuring
     approximately 11615m², shown  lettered   “ABCDEFGH”
     bordered grey (Portion A), and a portion of Erf  1056-   Re
     PTMS014 SC report_v18 Page 5 of 18 approximately in  Extent
      6350m²  shown lettered        “JKLMBNPQRSTUAHGFVWXYZa1b1c1”   shown  Hatched   (Portion B),  on the   attached plan LIS 2633V1,        is not required   for the   provision of the minimum level of basic municipal services
 
    ii) Council confirm that the extent to which any compensation  to  be
      received  for  the right together with the estimated  value of  any
      improvements or   enhancements to the  capital asset that  the
      private  sector party or organ of  state  to whom the right is
      granted will be required to  make, will result in a   significant
       economic or financial benefit to the Municipality.
 
 b) In terms of Regulation 36 of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations
    (MATR),  R.878 promulgated on 22 August 2008, Council approve in
     principle the granting  of rights to use, control and/or manage a
     portion of Erf 1056-Re, Green Point  situated at Bill Peters drive,  
     Green Point as    described in (a)(i)
 
 h) A portion of Erf 1056-Re, Green Point situated at Bill Peters Drive,
     Green Point,  measuring approximately 11615m², shown lettered
     ABCDEFGH”   bordered grey    (Portion A), and a portion in   
     approximately in extent  6350m² shown lettered  “JKLMBNPQRSTUAHGFVWXYZa1b1c1” shown  hatched (Portion B), on the  attached            plan LIS 2633V1, be leased by way  of   public competition, subject to conditions to be imposed by the Director:
     Property Management in the exercise of her delegated authority
