That Subcouncil 10 SUPPORTS the proposed operational project to be funded against the R 1, 9 million Subcouncil Operational Project Budget for the 2022/23 financial year.

That Subcouncil 10 MANDATES the Subcouncil manager to negotiate with the line department regarding the 100% expenditure of all allocated funding at the end of the financial year.
