That the Subcouncils submit comments on the draft Fraud Prevention Policy and Response Plan and the draft Whistle Blowing Policy to
fs.publicparticipation@capetown.gov.za by 31 August 2022.
That the following comments be considered:

the policy does not state that the complainant remains anonymous;

the public participation from 1 to 31 August 2022 be too short;
-
what kind of protection is offered to the complainant;
-
at what point is external Forensics appointed to do investigations.
