                RECOMMENDED that,
 
the lease of Portion of City Land, being Portions of Cape Farm No. 1500, Main Road, Miller’s Point shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFGHJKLMNPQRSTUVWXYZa’b’c’d’e’f’g’h’j’k’m’n’p’q’r’s’t’u’v’ on the attached plan 130008283 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 1 ha, to the Cape Boat and Ski-Boat Club, or its successors in title, be approved subject inter alia the following conditions, that:
 
	- 
		A tariff rental of R1 145.00 per annum including VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable.
 
	- 
		The lease will endure for a period of 10 (ten) years;
 
	- 
		The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;
 
	- 
		The property be used for sporting purposes only (Portion A to be used for parking of boat trailers and related vehicles and Portion B to be used for clubhouse and parking of small boat and ski-boat purposes);
 
	- 
		Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of his/her delegated authority;
 
	- 
		Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
