RESOLVED
 
That Subcouncil 18 RECOMMENDS that the lease of City premises, Erf 84654 Cape Town, situated at 56 Fourteenth Avenue, Lavender Hill showed hatched on the aerial photograph marked Annexure A, in extent approximately ±469 m²,to Peter Charles Scott, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. A market rental of R4 900.00 per month,inclusive of rates and exclusive of VAT per month;

2. The rental will escalate at 6% per annum;

3. The lease will endure for a period of three years;

4. The property be used for residential purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director : Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

7. No compensation will be payable for any improvements made to the property;

8. The lessee is to ensure that the necessary land use permissions, if applicable, are in place for the duration of the lease period.
