In view of the above, it was
RECOMMENDED that,
All illegal structures at the proposed Masiphumelele Informal Trading Market site be timeously cleared in line with the implementation timeline for the Council approved informal Trading Plan.
Commitment from all departments (including Property Management) to have a collaborative approach to the removal of all illegal structures.
Law Enforcement together with Area Economic Development take the lead role for the clearance of the Masiphumelele Informal Trading Site, 2 Tambo Street, Masiphumelele Sunnydale Erf number 1728.
