It was RESOLVED that

Councillor Riad Davids would attend the Management Board Meetings of the Epping City Improvement District as the alternate;

Subcouncil 4 would nominate the political representative;

The Chief Whip in consultation with the Executive Mayor will effect the appointment by the Executive Mayor in terms of the Special Ratings Area By-Law.
