It is resolved that:
It be RESOLVED that an application for Ward 85 Liquor Licence Application received taken under sub delegated authority by the Subcouncil Manager, the Ward Councillor and the Chairperson in respect of Boxer Liquor Store Strand ref. no.: LLA22020015 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22020015, for Boxer Liquor Store Strand BE SUPPORTED, subject to compliance of COVID-19 regulations.
