It is resolved that:
It be RESOLVED that an application for Ward 85 Liquor Licence Application taken under sub delegated authority by the Subcouncil Manager, the Ward Councillor and the Chairperson in respect of OK Liquor Store Strand – (Nelworx (PTY) LTD) ref. no.: LLA22020013 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22020013 for OK Liquor Store Strand BE SUPPORTED, subject to compliance of COVID-19 regulations.
