It is recommended that the lease of portion of public street being a portion of erf 281 adjacent to erf 1777, Miller Road, Gordon’s Bay shown ABCD on the attached sketch ET 606 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 241 m2 to Bryan and Jacqueline Renee Logan, the owners of Erf 1777 or their successor in title for gardening purposes at a tariff rental of R1 695,95 per annum be approved:
a.)The rental will exclude VAT and will be calculated at the
applicable at the time of transaction. Rates not applicable; ii) The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council; iii) The lease will endure for a period of 10 years, with an option to renew for a further ten years; iv) Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority
