Subcouncil 4 resolved that Erf 9516 Parow; in extent 992m², and indicated as ABCD on Plan TA 130008601, attached as Annexure “A”, be RESERVED for the Law Enforcement Department within the Safety and Security Directorate, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilized for operational purposes and office space, and the Law Enforcement Department shall be responsible to comply with any land use and/or legislation related to the utilization of the land;

The Branch accepts full responsibility for the general management and maintenance of the land;
-
The said Branch takes cognizance and agrees to comply with the internal branch comments listed under Paragraph 8 below, as is applicable; and
-
That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Law Enforcement Department.
