RESOLVED
 
It is recommended that Erf 16005 Kuils River situated at Kerk Street, Kuils River, in extent 10 388 m² and indicated as ABCDEFG on Plan ET 703 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Environmental Management Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for purposes associated with biodiversity, environmental education and recreational purposes only;
2. The Environmental Management Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Environmental Management Department.
