That that the Liquor Licence for LLA21030008, Nomatyala’s Tavern be referred back to the Subcouncil as the Ward Councillor has not available to consider and make his recommendation on the application.

That the application be dealt with under Sub delegated authority due to the absence of the Ward Councillor and that the recommendation be noted at the next Subcouncil meeting.
