Resolution detail

It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 SUPOPRTED and RECOMMENDED that the lease of City land, being a portion of Erf 321 Pinelands, situated at Forest Drive, Pinelands, shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFGHKLMNPQR on the sketch STC 3302 marked annexure A, attached to the report, in extent approximately 228 m², to Pinelands Athletic Club or their successors- in- title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. A tariff rental of R 1 145.00 per annum inclusive of VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for sporting and recreational (club house) purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
