Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:

The Safety and Security Portfolio support the commencement of a public participation process to call for comments on the City of Cape Town Draft Animal Keeping By-law, 2021.

That a meeting be held with the relevant stakeholders to establish a pound within the area of jurisdiction and to include Subcouncil 8.
