Mr. Daniels asked Mr. Isaacs to take the meeting through the report.

Cllr Zondani welcomed the report and said that he would also would have like to have explanation on the issues on where they could not meet the required target of distribution.

Mr Isaacs said that it was a problem because most of the schools were closed because of Covid19.

Cllr Makasi asked whether on the sites were there were shortfalls and the distribution was not achieved will the department go back to the schools now that we are on Level 3.

Mr Isaacs said that the report was for the last financial year and the department is planning to go back to the schools for distribution once granted access.

Cllr Zondani said that the department should also engage with councillors when they experience these challenges in order to be able to assist.

Cllr Zondani noted the report supported by Ald Jacobs.
