It was noted that the minutes of the meeting held on 22 April 2021 did not reflect the discussion and resolution regarding the Grants-in-Aid allocation for the Humanitarian Food Relief Programme correctly and it was therefore rectified to read as follows:

It is recommended that Area East: Subcouncil 8, recommend that:

Nine Miles Project (Wards 83 and 85) and Titus Community Development Association (Wards 86 and 100) render the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil.

The provisions of food parcels to individual households within in wards 83, 85, 86 and 100 BE APPROVED.

It BE NOTED that each food parcel may not exceed R400. per household.
