Daniels said that this report is for noting. It provides separate information about the status of Ward Allocations and Multi ward projects. This item was on the agenda of the Activity Day meeting. This will hopefully save time and allow for detailed discussion of the various projects.

We will have a follow up with the project managers to give a presentation in the next Activity day meeting.

Mr. Cedras said that Recreation and Parks department conducted site meetings and are in a process of getting quotations and all projects are on track.

Mr. Daniels said that there is a meeting regarding the Substance abuse with the Department of Health. The Cllr have also been invited to the meeting.

Ald. Jacobs noted the report supported by Cllr Bafo.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
