It is recommended that:

That the report regarding the Proposed Amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2012) and the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Amendment By-Law (2016) to be Consolidated and Renamed to the City Improvement District By-Law, BE NOTED.

That the report regarding the Proposed Amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2012) and the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Amendment By-Law (2016) to be Consolidated and Renamed to the City Improvement District By-Law BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisational Database for input/comment.
That comments, recommendations or input BE SUBMITTED to the municipality within the prescribed timeframes as advertised.
