It is recommended that:

That the report regarding the Proposed Amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2017) to be Renamed to the City Improvement District Policy, BE NOTED.

That the report regarding the Proposed Amendment to the City of Cape Town Special Rating Area Policy (2017) to be Renamed to the City Improvement District Policy BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisational Database for input/comment.

That comments, recommendations or input BE SUBMITTED to the municipality within the prescribed timeframes as advertised.
