RESOLVED that,

The contents of the report be NOTED.

The report be circulated to all ward committees,

The councillors be requested to peruse the proposed revised SCM Policy (Annexure A) and comment individually as part of the public participation process, and
-
A senior manager from Supply Chain Management be invited to the next Subcouncil Activity Day to discuss the Annual Review of the Supply Chain Management Policy.
