It is recommended that:

The Subcouncil and Ward Plans for 2021/2022, as attached to the report, BE ADOPTED by Subcouncil 2;

The Chairperson and Subcouncil Manager sign off the Subcouncil and Ward Plans;

The Subcouncil and Ward Plans be assessed and reviewed on a quarterly basis as well as to monitor progress;
-
The Subcouncil and Ward Plans be forwarded to Line Departments to ensure that it be accommodated in their business plans for 202122.
