That the Report on Gugulethu Cemetery Building Additions and Alterations
BE NOTED with the comments the following comments made by the councillors:

To include all the wards in Subcouncil 14 for the cemetery issues because they affect other wards. This was also agreed to in the Stakeholder meeting held on the 1st of June.

For the wards to raise funds for fencing and to resolve other challenges at the cemetery.

To request funding from the line departments for fencing.

To have a follow up meeting with Subcouncil 11 to discuss possible solutions to the problem and further provide feedback to the stakeholders.
