Mr White reported that the matter is still with the two Departments namely Sports and Property Management. There are various clubs that occupy the complex.
Cllr Langehoven added that there are ongoing maintenance issues at the Sports facility. Due to the nature of the leases at the sports complex the responsibility of maintenance is still shared between the two parties.
A request was for a meeting to be setup to brief both the Subcouncil Chairperson and the Ward Councillor on the matter and the way forward.
