Resolution detail

 In view of the above it is RECOMMENDED that,

1. the three trading bays be removed from the Informal Trading Plan,
2. The currently appointed official who is responsible for making recommendations for bays and the management thereof receives training to be upskilled to assess positions for trading bays in a more effective and circumvent manner. 
3. A clause be added in the drafting of informal trading plans that the initial consultation processes prior to the public participation needs to be improved to ensure effective and documented collaboration between officials and appointed consultants, and direct engagement with affected formal and informal businesses alike through the respective informal trading official.
