That the responsible line department BE REQUESTED to submit an Improvement and Maintenance Plan for the road and road reserve leading to Durbanville Sports precinct and the former Morningstar drop off facility, such report to be provided to the Subcouncil Manager for consideration in consultation with the Subcouncil Chairperson and Ward Councillor by no later than 15 June 2021:

The responsible department be requested to ensure the removal of the fire damaged and dead trees that pose a danger to life and property.

The responsible department be requested to ensure the removal of illegally dumped household and garden waste.

The responsible department be requested to implement adequate measures in order to prevent dumping of building and garden refuse along the road reserve leading to the sports precinct and former Morningstar drop off site.

The responsible department to erect adequate and additional lighting along the road to ensure safety of motorists and visitors to the sports precinct.

Placement of signage indicating Durbanville Netball Club, Durbanville Baseball Club as well as No Dumping in the affected area.
