b.The 2020/21 Preliminary and First Screening Process BE NOTED.
c.The 2020/21 Grants-in-Aid TAP BE RECOMMENDED for submission to the Section 67 Grant-in-Aid Committee to review and support the proposed grants-in-aid applications.
