It was RESOLVED that Subcouncil 15 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND that Erf 103659 Cape Town in extent ± 0.94 Hectares, indicated as ABCDEFGHKL on Plan 130008425, attached to the report as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Environmental Management Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised as a factory to produce various types of green infrastructure for the City’s new Transversal Value Added Programme;

2. Environmental Management department takes cognisance and agree to comply with the internal branch comments listed under Paragraph 8;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and        maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate.
