The Chairperson stated that the list of roads is included on the MRA schedule and that it has been forwarded to the Depot.
RESOLVED
The Subcouncil to follow-up with the Depot if they have received list of roads and what progress has been made thus far.
That the item REMAINS on the MRA’s.

MATTERS RECEIVING ATTENTION - WARD 109
The Subcouncil Manager explained that Ward 109 was previously part of Subcouncil 24 and therefore all the matters receiving attention was carried over to Subcouncil 21. Cllr Helfrich, the ward councillor of ward 109 said that these matters can be dealt with directly with the line departments and therefore proposed that it be closed. |
