Chairperson A Mckenzie stated with information being tabled by the Councillors and the fact that officials did not visit the facility to ensure all information are in order. He suggested that the item should then BE DEFFERRED and that the item should be tabled at the Subcouncil after all relevant investigations has been done for further comments.
