It is recommended that:

The Subcouncil note the Public Participation Process to Obtain Comments on Proposed Categories of Contraventions to which sections 130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By - law, 2015 (MPBL) do not apply;

That the report regarding the Public Participation Process to Obtain Comments on Proposed Categories of Contraventions to which sections 130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By - law, 2015 (MPBL) do not apply BE DISTRIBUTED to Ward Committees and organisations listed on the Community Organisational Database for input/comment.
