RESOLVED that:

The Subcouncil note the current public participation process to obtain

      comments on proposed categories of contraventions to which sections
     130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law,
      2015 (MPBL) do not apply;

The Subcouncil submit any comments on the proposals within the timeframes and methods advertised.
