That the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday for OFF-CONSUMPTION premises in respect of Gordon’s Bay Kwik Spar – WCP019561 liquor licence reference number: 186171(renewal), BE REFUSED, as the Ward Councillor – Cllr Middleton reported at the meeting that the shop has closed down and that they are no longer trading. The application is therefore not valid.
