It is recommended that, for reason set out in the report, the below mentioned applications for the proposed lease of City land (being a Public Place):
 

  • Portion of Erf 2260 Milnerton, situated between Ascot and Ixia Roads Milnerton and abutting Erf 2148 Milnerton to Mounemne Trust for security purposes;
  • Portion of Erf 2260 Milnerton, situated between Ascot and Ixia Roads, Milnerton and abutting Erf 2158 Milnerton to E J J Seegers for security purposes;
  • Portion of Erf 2258 Milnerton, situated between Ascot and Ixia Roads, Milnerton and abutting Erf 2073 Milnerton to M Schultz for security purposes
