That in consideration with the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from LLA21010012, T’s Liquor Shack, BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED, the application of T’s Liquor Shack on erf 37, subject to the approval of the building plan by the City’s Planning and Building Development department and the granting of the occupation certificate by Fire and Emergency Services;
