It is recommended that the principles and procedures relating to the 2022/2023 Subcouncil Ward Allocation process as outlined in the report, BE NOTED, on the understanding that the financial provision for the Subcouncil Ward Allocations process will in each instance be allocated to the Subcouncil as a whole, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Subcouncil.
