UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED

That the public participation process to obtain comments on the proposed categories of contracentions to which sections 130(2) and (3) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law. 2015 (MPBL) do not apply BE NOTED, subject to the subcouncil input to be coordinated at conclusion of this meeting and be submitted.

That a SKYPE meeting be arranged with all councilors to discuss the proposals prior to the closing date of 4 June 2021.
