That the Progressive Capital Expenditure report for the period April 2021 BE NOTED, subject to:

Sport & Recreation: An urgent meeting being scheduled with Sport & Recreation to address concerns relating to projects;

Law Enforcement: After hour operations being scheduled within ward 21 in order to spend the remaining funds.
