That Smart Kingdom Kids Academy (ward 67;68 and 110) and Jabulani (wards 63;65 and 66) be the preferred Service Provider to undertake the following:

Ward 63-Provison of food parcels to individual households (Each parcel may not exceed R400 per household);

Wards 66-Direct preparation and distribution of cooked meals to vulnerable communities;

Wards 65-67;68 and 110-Distribution of raw products and the direct supervision of community-based organisations preparing and distributing cooked meals.
That the amount of R129 310 be allocated per ward including a 7% fee for administrative and travel cost.
