That Subcouncil 18 ADOPTS the principles and procedures relating to the 2022/23 Subcouncil Ward Allocation process, as outlined in the report, on the understanding that the financial provision for Subcouncil Ward Allocation process, will in each instance be allocated to the Subcouncil as a whole, such to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Subcouncil;

That further deliberations takes place at the Activity meeting with regards to the Ward Allocation 2022/23 process.
