It is recommended that Area East: Subcouncil 21 recommend that:

Ladles of Love; 1000Women Trust and South African Urban Food and Farming Trust render the Humanitarian Relief Programme in Subcouncil 21.

The provision of bulk food supplies for soup kitchens in Wards 11, 19 and 108 and food parcels for individual households for Wards 11 and 108, BE APPROVED.

It BE NOTED that each food parcel may not exceed R400 per household.
