That Subcouncil 18 SUPPORTS the Motion of Exigency for the canal closures as follows:
On 5th Avenue both sides;
On Sandpiper the Lake Road side and
6th Avenue both sides, Grassy Park;
That the Motion of Exigency be escalated to Mr G Rigby: Transport: Road Infrastructure and Maintenance(RIM) and Superintendent A Mbali: Recreation and Parks to investigate the request and provide feedback to Subcouncil 18.
