RESOLUTION/S EMANATING FROM THE MEETING HELD 28 JUNE 2021;THE FOLLOWING REFERS:
WAY FORWARD:
That the Administration set-up a meeting with Ald Z Limberg and Director: Water and Sanitation to address basic services (emergency relief services) at Xakabantu and a way forward.
WAY FORWARD:

That Mr D Gibbs draft a flyer indicating the health hazards(risk) occupying the site for distribution to the residents at Xakabantu informal settlement;

That the Vrygrond Leadership assist with the distribution of the flyer to the occupants at Xakabantu informal settlement.
WAY FORWARD:

That the Vrygrond Leadership provides additional information to Mr G Mvalo: Anti-land Invasion department to follow-up with regards to the outstanding material related issues.

That the Administration arrange a feedback meeting with Subcouncil 18, relevant line departments and Vrygrond Forum leadership to discuss Vrygrond service delivery concerns and a way forward( Water and Sanitation department feedback regarding the request for extra basic services).
