That Cllr Ngwekazi liaise with the Chairperson regarding addressing the community on the land invasions on the Backstage project.

That the Subcouncil follow-up with Facilities Management as to when will the building become health and safety compliant.

That the Subcouncil forward the housing template feedback to the Cllrs in preparation for the Activity Day.

That it is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of March 2021 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
